HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by item. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we will process it within 2-10 business days. This includes production time since most of the products in our store are made to order.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
After your order has shipped, please allow 5-14 business days for shipping within the USA.
If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at hello@bensonsbest.com
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.)

Benson's Best is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Benson's Best is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@bensonsbest.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
